Dear Sister Jennie,

Yours of Jan 6 we received day before yesterday. I wrote to J. Eddie that afternoon and intended to have written a few words to you but I sent the letter with the first opportunity. We were glad to hear that dear Mother is getting along as well and we judge from the tone of your letter that you all feel pretty bright and cheerful. We have not yet decided just what to do about going home; we have not much courage to stay till summer as we have lost our faith in Michigan air. We have heard of one man from

in top margin: this winter? g them both. Wm.
