Fort Mitchel Oct 10 1862, Dear Sister, It is cold and raining but for all that we have moved our camp three miles since dinner and have written a letter to Sister Lucy this evening we have now moved twice since I wrote to Sara, the first was to fort Penderson two miles from the old camp, it was a splendid location over a tunnel of the Ky Central R.
