Milo My Dear Children I suppose one this you've had ocular proof that Miss E.A. Rich is no more and have seen Mrs DeWitt. How strange it is I can hardly believe it- it seems like a dream to me-when she first wrote me that she was to be married in just a week or two, I did have a real hearty cry I was so overwhelm'd and confounded with the strange news and so I have not a child left.
