Resurrection Power The Power of His Resurrection Phil 3-10

The atoning work of Christ reached its climax on the morning of His resurrection. This was the marvellous fact which as John Foster once said - "rang the great bell of the Universe" It was the Jubilee of the world's redemption, in which the whole universe of God seemed to participate. To commemorate it, the Sabbath day hence - forth became its living monument. To-day he rose and left the dead And Satan's Empire fell To-day the Saints his triumph spread And all his wonders tell. The life, death, and resurrection of X are the three great facts on which Christianity rests. These Stand inseparable. In the first place, Christ could never have become the redeemer of man without having lived on Earth; for he must be
