I find Miss Maggie unclear usually does when away from home, & he continues to call - I must to bed as I must rise early in order to get down to F.R. for a day's work, I will probably stay there until Thursday afternoon. I tried to get the letter you sent to F.R. & that failed to reach me but it was sent to the "Dead Letter Office" & there destroyed. you must have failed to put it in Ida's care & so it has sent to Washington after a certain length of time.
