Jo. & I intend to learn something about Grammar this winter. Albert Cook is a first rate Grammarian. Mr. Sewall says you must study. I say, if the girls to laugh & talk, you must study & write a good deal. You must not expect me to write a great deal while I am going to school. It is not so much, matter now - after you go back to Brunswick we will all write. good bye.

Mother says you did not tell whether you wanted her to make those parts or not. We will send your clothes that are here, & you must send any others that need repairing or washing. We have in school quite a row of large boys & girls. Daniel Holman is a pattern for a scholar - he would'nt for his right hand do any thing out of the way; & Alfred & Cook are about as good. Becca, Keen etc. etc. go to school. Abby Hill left school & went into the Factory, but did'nt like, staid only a week & came back to school.
