April 22nd 88 After Reporting this unclear unclear I went to Aurora Depot & stood around there about 30 minutes but saw no one of interest. I then went to Noonan Bros & found the whole gang - all happy= to all appearance at heart?= some playing cards some billards some pool & every thing to pass a way the time. Of course I joined in to past time we stayed there until about 2.10 when I think about 25 or 30 of us started for the meeting Mr. Mead? was chairman & the usual proceedings were in order a few converstaions? but no report from unclear Mr Monigan (The Switchman Leader) was there & spoke a long while I should think a hour He said there was no doubt but what the C.B. &Q Co had won this fight - but - a addressed the men to be firm & stay
