Perhaps mother will like to hear that we have plenty of milk for family use. We are milking but one cow (a farrow.) We make more butter than we use. We have plenty of meat and some to sell. We planted three quarters of an acre of potatoes about a week ago. We have plenty of sorghum molasses made from our own cane. Our school has been out now about two weeks.
