He cannot be justified on the ground that he has not sinned, for all have sinned. 2 Not because he does not now sin for he is constantly transgressing. unclear is a sinner while life endures. None are fully sanctified till removed from earth 3. Man cannot be justified because of his repentance. That government would be very weak if not wholly powerless which forgave the transgressor on the ground of his repentance.
