My Dear Anna

I just-happened to think as I lay here on the North End of veranda that I had better write now, for fear I should not have time after your father came. I am better, but the Dr does not want me to sit up, but he is coming this afternoon and I hope he will say I am well enough to do so. He told me yesterday that I must have patience and all would be right he thought, or hope. Sarah spends her tomorrow with me as she is not good, I find that people are good & put as though I was a found lying here in this style. Lou is doing as well as she can
