I have just sent you a note by Sarah Root, now I will write and explain what I wrote in the note. Of course it-is impossible to get a competent-girl for two months and if Miss Bell is teachable I should greatly prefer to teaching her instead of a raw dutch girl who would not appreciate the trouble taken.
