To Bell

I suppose I must answer some of your questions, well the first on the pepper log was, whether or not I am too busy to come down after you, ( I think I am.) Secondly how is the traveling (rather bad.) Thirdly all mind?, (guess it is unless it baked yesterday), fourthly (whether I've got a hired man) I have, fifthly and lastly (is Mary at our house) she is not, she went home last Sunday, and being chosen queen for the first day of May, she has been very busy about getting ready. The girls here have invited the boys to a picnic ball, to be had at the hall on Wednesday the 1st day of May at 5'o clock PM, requested me to be sure and earn hours in season to attend it they was going to with you if I had not, Excuse the grammatical mistakes, for I am in an awful hurry.
