taken ill with appendicitis her Husband came on about the first part of March she was considered out of danger then, but he thought best to know just how she was, he remained about a week, she is now able to be about the House but cannot be on her feet much after calling on Henry this morning we went to call on her, as I had not seen her since she was first taken ill She is looking very well, says she does not think she will be able to go home before the last of the month, Saturday I recieved a letter from Cousin Lizzie Roberts, she and Cousin Clark have beeh Home from Mexico about two weeks, they experienced an Earthquake while they were there, but upon the whole enjoyed the most of their trip very much Hoping to see you before very long this with lots of love from your Cousin Mary R Lewis
