F.S. who with unclear men are stationed at Aurora Ills doing guard duty, etc. Opr reports that at 1 oclock a,m, and remained on duty guarding the R.R. unclear property until [6?]] oclock p.m. - found every thing safe - at 5 p.m. Opr was called to the office of Mr Rhodes - who told opr to detail one of the men to shadow one of the new engineers name Wagner. Mr Rhodes informed Opr that the Engineer (Wagner) made frequent visits to Chicago. and that he (Mr Rhodes) suspiconed Eng was in sympathy with Strikers. Thereupon Opr detailed B.F. Ray to shadow Engineer. Both Ray and. Eng left on Train No unclear at 5:30 P.M.
