nor any Deed given to sd. Chauncey and said Chauncey being appointed Administrator on his Estate and said Jauncey now being with the said Enemies and his Estate adjudged forfeited to the State of Connecticut and the Petitioner appointed Administrator Thereon praying this Assembly to Decree that said Peices of Land which the said Chandler bound himself to convey to said Chauncey for the Benefit of said Jauncey may be conveyed to said strikethrough: Jauncey Chauncey Whittlesey as Administrator as aforesd. for The Benefit of the State of Connecticut or in some other way grant Relief as pr. Petition on File Resolved by this Assembly that the several parcels or pieces of Land above mentioned & described with the Buildings thereon Standing be maid over & conveyed unto the said Chauncey Whittlesey as administrator upon the strikethrough: Estate confiscated Estate of the sd James Jauncey for the use & Benefit of the State of Connecticut & the sd Whittlesey in his sd Capacity be vested with full right & Title to the same. And the said Charles Chauncey administrator on the confiscated Estate of Joshua Chandler now with the Enemies of the United States, shall & do make & execute unto the sd Chauncey Whittlesey Administrator as aforesaid, a good authentic deed of conveyance & release of all sd Chandler's right, title & Interest to all the above mentioned Pieces of Land with the Buildings thereon Standing, viz Two Pieces of land in the township of Wallingford & parish of Meriden commonly called the Stone House, one piece containing about eghty acres & the other about eight acres being the whole sd Chandler bought of Yale Bishop by a deed recorded Lib 18 Fol. 69 reference being thereto had, the other of sd piece of Land bought of strikethrough: sd Culver Benjamin Culver, containing about
