We went this afternoon with Mr Avery a young gentleman of Michigan, to the Museum & had a very interesting visit. We first visited the Natural History department--The collection here [[Unclear] very large, including the Minerals of the Country, Fish, Birds Reptiles, Plants, Insects & Unclear Saw an Emmense [sic] Aerolite? or Meteorite which was found near here, Also several mummies, We were also taken to see private collections of Aztec communities, Unclear, gods
