1866. Sunday, June 3. Warm pleasant day. Did not rise until about 8 o clock. Did not go to church in the morning. Took a bath in the forenoon. Spent the afternoon in the back room with our friends. At night went to church with May & Sarah Jane Bushnell (cousin) & heard ? Wilson preach. Upon leaving church was accosted by Mrs ___ Spent a few minutes at the house & am now about to retire at 10 o clock
