So you need not wonder why you are so Much higher. And I will say in regards to your taxes here the City has been run by a set of rascally Aldermen And they have run us in debt 4000 dollars more than we have Money to pay and the board of Supervisors borrowed #10000 to pay the interest on some Rail Road bonds.
