Tuesday, 6. Windy dusty & rather unpleasant. [Unclear] annoying camp grounds & putting up new tents. Learned that Anthony & Rudley? had been ordered out the lines by Genl Thomas. Good!! Wrote a letter to Mrs. Mary Walker Brockport NY & Rec'd one like wise. Was down to the Meagher? place for flowers
