I had thought ere this to have seen you face to face but have not been able to bring it about. We have had cornafing? almost all the while for the last two or three weeks; and of course I have been very much engaged have not even seen the time when I could pen a few lines to my much loved Sarah. Now I have gone up to my room for the night but I shall not press my pillow till I have conversed with you a little.
