teams were in the way to Daiv after rations - I thought of taking pack mules & going on from here, but concluded to await the arrival of Shannon's train & then to take from it one good six mule team & wagon & proceed on our journey - I expect Shannon in to-day and will send the remains of the old chariot back to Concho - with his train - and then make my way to unclear via El Paso to Quitman.
