James Mimay Ordnance Sergeant U.S.A brnig ? ? Says On the 13th of February 1865 I received at Fort Kearney N.J. Eleven boxes containing Ordnance and Ordnance Stores, turned over by ? R. R. Livingston 1st Neb. ? ? to ? Lee P Gillette 1st Neb. ? ? ? Commanding Post Fort Kearney N.J.The Stores I refer to had been turned over by ? W. H. Northrop ? Ordnance ? District of Nebraska to ? R. R. Livingston 1st Nebraska ? ? vols. on two invoices having dates respectively January 16th and 12st 1865 The boxes were in good order and, in my opinion had not been opened since originally packed. The Post ? opened these boxes in the presence of Sergeant ? and myself. We carefully counted each kind of stores, comparing them with the invoices and
