Saturday Nov 7th 1874 This has been a very lovely warm day we had no unclear in our house. all of us well. Eva and Hunt gone to market. Ada gone to her French class. Then to Belle's ton dinner. Sheridan gone to dancing school, bought Sheridan a new pair of Pants. after lunch I went out in the Carriage to Mrs Harvey and Field and Luten then took dinner at Belle's house. Mr Badger came down and sat with us. Grandpa Badger returned called on Mrs Pullman Sunday Nov 8th 1874 This has been another lovely day. all well. Hunt out playing. Eva and Ada with Mr Angell and Sheridan all went to church. I stayed at home, our coachman Stevens while fixing his horses ran a splinter in his finer and he panicked when they were pulling it out. but in a few hours he was better after dinner Mr Badger Ada Shreve & Hunt all went with me in our Carriage to see Granda Badger. he returned from Portsmouth NH Monday Nov 9th 1874 To day has been beautiful and warm. all of us well. Mrs Nickleson my old nurse of Hunts called to see me is now living on State Street 1696. Ellen unclear came with her baby to see us. after breakfast Eva, Ada & myself went calling. We made several calls. Mrs Tesey Smith called on us. late in the evening we called on Mr Leiter after tea Mr Angell and Eva called on Mrs Pullman. Mrs George Otis has a little girl five weeks old her first child. Tuesday Nov 10 1874 We called to day on Mary Persons as the day was so beautiful, went to see Belle, all of us well. Sheridan has been home two days with cold in his eyes. Miss Phillips called on Ada. Wednesday Nov 11th 1874 A beautiful sunny day, a little cold all well, we started out our visiting early. Made many calls. at 2 o clock we went to Belle B Hershey and took as splendid lunch her her and Bertie. Mrs W. H. Turner with her young daughter called. We went down town late shopping. returned home late.
