July 10. to abstrain from all acts which may in any way or manner disturb the peace and endanger the security of the Com-munity or of any individual thereof; and to sacredly regard for the time to come, these, their solemn assurances, and in good faith demean themselves as good & peaceable citizens, in fulfilment of the obligation involved in this pledge & in the true intentions of the ordinance and decree.
