died August 2nd Mrs Sarah McDowell Bullard daughter of late Dr William A, McDowell, her husband Judge Bland Bullard, presided over the United States District Court of Kentucky, he has been dead 22 years, they have five children, Mrs Charles Davidson of Cincinnati, Mr Bland and Austin, Bullar & Mifs Fanny & Susie Bullard.
