Summary. Obedience to these engagements, when mo-ries

have been appropriated to carry out 

the treaty, the various objects, national individual, to which they are to be applied, have been expressly divided and limited; and which objects I have shoun to fall into two great classes, viz:

1st: The payment to the nation 

for the country east, being Five millions; and certain other national payments, which are specified, and which add to the sum three hundred and thirty thousand, one hundred and thirty eight dollars, ma- king in all fine millions, three hundred a thirty thousand, one hundred and thirty eight dollars: 2d: The payment to individ- -uals for their various demands, being one million, Six hundred and forty seven thou- -sand + sixty seven dollars; and seventy Five Thousand more, for a purpose she uped, making in all, one million, Seven Hundred and Twenty Two Thousand, Sixty Seven, Dollars: The two great classes forming an aggregate to be accounted for, in all, of Seven Millions, Fifty Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Five Dollars.
