  Irv Friedman spent some weeks at Hines Hospital this summer.   He is losing much of his vision.  He underwent training at Hines to cope with his loss of vision.
  We quaffed steins of good Berghoff beef at Berghoff's and talked over old times.
   Emil is still at the nursing home in Los Angeles.  He has Parkinson's disease and is gettting along as well as he can.
   Lots of new skyscrapers are blocking out the sun in Chicago.  Do you think you will ever trek to Chicago again?  If you do, we can down a few beers at Berghoff's
