ago I made two linoleum cuts. They had a certain black and white color. As I make more pen and ink drawings they tend to have that same black and white color. After working with black and white all day colors seem very brilliant and [singing]. After working with pen and ink me? day I come down and sat in the dining room. That pot of zinnias of yours was like a drink of rich heady wine. It has been cold and the trees are late leaving? out. I think that that first delicate green is one of the most beautiful things.
