April 12 - 1925 Dear Sherwood -- If you come to see us now you'll come to a new place. We are even now in the act of moving from our present domicile to the house the Smiths used to live in. We are painting and scrubbing and sweating to make it a cheerful and a lovely place and I think we are going to like it very much. We're making all the floors reed -- maroon. The Smiths are buying the white cottage -- across from Mary's -- down in the field. Kemley has become a gold fiend and plays every week-end. Tennessee writes us that there is some misunderstanding about the books. If any are missing I am the only one responsible, because I did all the shipping back of both sets of books myself.
