Chicago 7/24/1932 My Dear Dr. Taylor As a member of The Sentinels of the Republic who for many years have been fighting Bureaucracy & impaction of state's rights by the Congress of the U.S. I take exception to your article in the news last-night. I am enclosing clippings from to-day's Tribune which will substantiate me. I might cite the vicious Shephard-Towner bill which they are trying to pass under another cloak & which was an unwarranted expenditure of public funds & a perfect failure according to which authorities
