J.C. PADGETT ATTORNEY AND COUNSELOR AT LAW INDEPENDENCE, VIRGINIA

Mr. W. F. Wright, Troutdale, Virginia. Dear Mr. Wright: In the matter of title to the lands of Barbara Miller, I have discovered that there is a chancery suit now pending to perfect the title to the land. I will examine the suit and make you a formal report just as soon as the different steps are taken in the suit perfecting the title. I think the final object of the suit will be accepted at the November Term of the Court. From what I can understand about it there will be no trouble in getting the title straightened out, but it must take the regular course in order to do so. Yours very truly, signature
