Hartwick november 7th 1806 Dear Sister I have another opportunity to write you [crossed out]] I thought I would jest let you how I get along with my work I am now a spinning a short piece of wool 6 or 7 run of chain I have two or three run more to spin to finish it I dont se but I keep my work along bout as well as I use to when you could run in evry now and then to help me we are all verry well the children have a bout got well of the hooping cough you wrote to me that you had got your work all don ready to com and see me but I am afraid i shall get disappointed of that visit Mr Hayden says it is uncertain about his coming down they have got a great deal of cloath in and not but a little water that it will be so late before they get threw with their work it will be too late to late to come down with out they have more water soon tell hez that henry cant run a lone yet but he will scrabble about as fast as he can run he will go down to the shop & get up top of the fens as quick as Frances can Fanny says tell Hez she has go some new shoes give my love to aunt Marium
