1866 Thursday February 1. Have been very busy all day clearing up the safe and behind the counter. Sherman and I worked very hard & are not all done yet even then. There is a weeks work before the thing is put in good condition. Have been at work at the account of Pruit Bro & Co Pruitt Brothers Company all the evening.
