Letter from my beloved daughter-in-law who died after radical bilateral mastectomies Oct., 1966 KKM Jan 9, 1956 Dear Great Gran, We are enjoying the fruit you sent very much - They are beautiful oranges and very delicious. We are all fine. I suppose Katherine has told you that we are expecting a new addition to the family the last of June. We are very happy about it of course - The children are doing just fine in school. Sally has been going to nursery school in the mornings and just loves it. I have the mornings all to myself but seem to find plenty to do. Marvin seems to keep busy with this and that around the house on weekends too. We hope to decorate (paint) the living room and dining room this spring if possible.
