Temp. not as warm as has been but still warm for this time of year - runs from 25-35.

Mrs. Kopp is well and is thinking of taking another boarder. Guess Mr. K's wages have been cut a little. everyone in his place had to be vaccinated a while ago or lose their

jobs and he is having quite a time as the result of the vaccination. Virginia came over last night for absorbent cotton.

fresh eggs now 45 a dozen. Still get a dozen every week from Mrs. Kopp. You should have heard Malcolm tell his father the story of Beleraphon and Pegasus the other

evening. He uses many long words - but all very correctly used and properly pronounced and the events are related in proper sequence with much gravity.

Walked down to August Wolf's greenhouse at Taylor Avenue last Sunday and blew 50 c for a bunch of very beautiful sweetpeas. Hope I can raise some this year -

intend to get some pansy plants to set out in the lily-of-the-valley bed where you used to have yours. When ought this to be done?

    Much love, Katharine
