My dear Mrs. Walden.

 I venture to write you once more of the tablet to Mr. Blake. it is nearing completion,

and the fund for it is practically closed. But there are still a few friends whom we wish to feel are associated with this memorial testimony, and you are one of these. Do you not wish now to contribute a dollar, and feel always that you had a part with us in this? The tablet is a bas-relief portrait bust with inscriptions at both sides.
