Yesterday about noon she had a very sick spell and it was 1 1/2 hours before they could bring her to. Drs. McCulough and Williams were attending her. It seems that it was something like rheumatism or neuralgia of the heart. She has had the pain all through her left upper? arm and limb all the week since she was taken sick but she did not feel it about the heart till then. She is better today tho still very sick. Laura and Caroline were there yesterday and indeed most of the times since she has been sick. I am going to call there today as I take this to the office?
