Remsen, Feb. 13, 1898. My dear Sister, Mother was greatly relieved to get your letter Monday when John Eddie came home from school. My hand is much better - you had not sent me any of that [Poor?], before but I have been taking [?] in water. Have taken nothing since Monday. Will take the Poor tonight in water.
