to pay their debts to people in Chicago is counted disgraceful in these days - remember it. M and I, and our friends here are in usual health - I have gained a great deal since I got my horse. Clarke took it home yesterday to keep for me until Spring. If God spares me and mine I look for a great deal of happiness in driving another season.
