SATURDAY, JANUARY 10, 1863. Rained almost all day.

SUNDAY 11 Attended Dr Gurly's. Dr Arley of Ct. one of the secs of the American Colonization Soc preached from Psalm 68 & 31. Not much sermon about it.

MONDAY 12 Went to Congress. Bingham used up the leash? again on the Confiscation act.
