Charles will be at home probably two or three weeks before we get there for we find it better to defer our journey till about a month later than we at first intended on account of the children's having the measles; Hattie has just got well over them; was pretty sick; it is time for Libby to have them in a day or two; some other things too delay us, but on the whole I am glad we do put it off.
