Capt. Sitting Down, All Bone, James Davis, Grass, Tesunovskee, & Hog Shooter, having made a claim for services during the year 1821 instead of 1820.
And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Committee that Sour John was appointed in 1821 and received pay; and that Capt. Sitting Down, All Bone, James Davis, Grass, Te,sun,ov,shee and Hog Shooter were paid in full for their services for the year 1820, and previous to that year for all services. It is therefore decided that said Capt. Sitting Down, All Bone, James Davis, Grass, Te,sun,ov,skee & Hog Shooter have no right to receive any further compensation whatever.

I in this cae the plaintiff Jessee Bushyhead Saith he is not Satisfied with the Judgement And decision as it now stands against him because he saith he does not believe he has had Justice done according to the laws of the Nation, nor the Justice of the Case, he understands that there is a law of the Cherokee Nation to provide for orphan children my claim is for orphans but how can it be so that John Wilkeson could Sell to Sarah Rain Crow a Negro that he had no Right to, A Negro that belongs to the Hiers of Edward Wilkeson, is not this So did not the Negro in dispute belong to the Heirs of Edward Wilkeson, words scratched out if she did, how could John Wilkeson Sell her and make a Right to Sarah Rain crow If Foreman as Executor did Receive a few dollars of the price of the Negro as Executor, that could not make the right
