The Bumet house is a magnificient hotel of Palladian architecture - adorned with the finest mirrors, gilding, marble pavements & finest furniture. The accomodations are excellent I should have preferred for comfort the less ostentatious "Inn". Prosperity and progress are everywhere evident &
