Dear Ones at home,
I am afraid we have left you a good while without a letter, so I commence this though I hardly know what to write. We got your letters Sat. including one from Jenine to Hattie. They were all very welcome I assure you. We were especially glad to see mothers hand writing once more. We did not know until then that her leg was broken in two places. Will it take her much longer to get well on that account? What a pity the Dr. did not find it our at first. I hope she will be on
