return. A part of the calico pieces that you sent us have helped to finish a quilt which we were making for our society. It is a great blessing to us to be placed at this school that we can learn those things that will make us useful in life. I think that some of the Cherokees are grateful for what is done for them I wish all were. My principal studies in school are Reading, Spelling, definition of words and Modern Geography Grammar Arithmetic and the history of the United States.
