[I have found the Greek while searching for the Latin, the Latin versions I found were different from published copy, so wasn't much use there, but It was for the Greek, which was very similar, though not quite the same.]

Εκ Ζωη με ϕεοἱ τενξαν λίον εκ δε λίϕοιω Ζωην Πραξίτιλης εμπαλεν εργαςατο
