My dear Mother,

                    I do not just remember when we wrote home last but it seems a long time to me and I fear it does to you. I think none of us have written since we received the letter from you and unclear. Cynthia and William have not been so well this week. The exceedingly warm weather we had for a few days was most too much for them. Cynthia had one of her hard spells Monday and another yesterday and a light one this morning. It had been six weeks within a day since she had had the last one and she was going nicely in every respect. It is
