Oct. 27 1893 Dear Sister I was up to the home to day and fild one trunk in granmas bed room and packed close of of cloth unknown emtied resivoir on stove and dried it and it leaked a little between the siting room and kitchen and I turned the carpet up and put that pane there it did not leak any where else we nailed the office door I brought the knifes home and put them in the lower drawer of the beaurow drawer in the bed room you slept if something should hapen to me so you will know I thought Anna thought so much of them I was afraid they might rust? found the barn loock all right? night? I send the two keys as I dont know
