On the death of the facetious Mr Hand late Master of the Royal Bun house at Chelsea

He's gone at last _ the jolly Hand[underlined] And left none merrier in the land; That Hand[underlined] that never took a bribe, Or ever prov'd a perjur'd scribe; That Hand[underlined] that honest Fame blew loud on; That Hand [underlined] that statesmen might be proud on; That Hand[underlined] that deeply dealt its pelt To stores the needy's scanty shelf; That Hand[underlined] that each one justly paid; That Hand[underlined] that was the Heart of Trade; That Hand[underlined] has all its business done And never more shall Touch a Bun
