On the death of the facetious Mr[?] Hand late Master of the Royal Bun house at Chelsea [horizontal line of ten stylized cursive "H"'s, centered on page] He's[?] gone at last _ the jolly Hand[underlined] And left none merrier in the land; That Hand[underlined] that never took a bribe, Or ever proov'd[?] a perjur'd[?] scribe; That Hand[underlined] that honest Fame blew lond[?] on That Hand[underlined] that deeply dealt its [pelt?] To sores the needy is scanty [shelf?]; That Hand[underlined] that each one justly paid; That Hand[underlined] that was the [Heart?] of Trade; That Hand[underlined] has all its [illegible] done And never more shall Touch a Bun
